INTERNATIONAL DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 - Parties

BUYER: The customer who places an international order via www.alsheikhabaya.com.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the international sale and delivery of products. By finalizing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the shipping, customs, and return terms specified herein.

Article 3 - Shipping and Customs Duties

3.1. Processing: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

3.2. Express Delivery: Shipments are handled by UPS Express (3–5 business days) or Aramex Express (5–8 business days).

3.3. Customs Responsibilities: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 4 - Final Sale & Non-Returnable Policy

4.1. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the complexities of international customs regulations and the high costs of re-importation taxes and brokerage fees required to return goods to Turkey, all international sales are final. 4.2. Customs Barrier: Since the return process involves significant logistical costs and legal customs procedures that often exceed the product value, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

4.3. Agreement: Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement that the Buyer understands and accepts this non-returnable policy.

Article 5 - Quality Control & Packaging

To ensure absolute satisfaction, every order is subjected to a rigorous quality control inspection by our team before shipment. Products are packed with high-standard protective materials to prevent any damage during international transit.

Article 6 - Failure to Collect & Refusal of Delivery

6.1. If a shipment is returned to the Seller because the Buyer refused to pay customs duties or failed to collect the package, no refund will be granted. 6.2. The Buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment and coordinating with the local courier (UPS or Aramex) to ensure successful delivery.

Article 7 - Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Turkey.
